Marshall B. Rosenberg's book, "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life," is easily the book I've read the most times ever. I wouldn't be stretching the truth to say that I've read it over 10 times. It would definitely be in my toolkit for managers and leaders.

We're considering having a workshop on nonviolent communication (NVC) at our upcoming All Hands, so I wanted to take the time to re-read the book with that in mind.

I love this Wikipedia line about NVC:

At its heart is a belief all human beings have capacity for compassion and empathy.

Read this book, Dear Ones.
