Meaningful
Why I recommend it
Jiwa brings product work back to the people it’s supposed to serve. It’s a short, useful reminder to understand what matters to someone before deciding what to build for them.
What it changed in my thinking
It’s easy to get attached to an idea and then look for people who want it. Curiosity about people’s lives needs to come earlier.
Who it’s useful for
Founders, designers, and product teams trying to understand why their work would matter to a customer.
A tension or limitation
The examples offer a way to think, but the understanding has to come from your own customers. A compelling story still needs to be tested.
