This is a photo from a recent excursion to Scotts Valley, CA, which is in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The redwood forest included this 1,000-year-old Mother Tree. The trip included some forest bathing, a sound bath, a hike, and lots of connection and conversation with lovely people. My kind of trip.
