Why I recommend it

I recommend this as a concrete way to move a team from debate to evidence. Its structure creates enough focus to understand a problem, make choices, and learn from something customers can actually react to.

What it changed in my thinking

It reinforced the value of putting boundaries around exploration. A short, deliberate process can create momentum when a team is circling a decision or polishing an idea it has not tested.

Who it’s useful for

Product teams, founders, facilitators, and cross-functional groups facing an important question with limited time or too many possible directions.

A tension or limitation

A sprint can produce useful evidence, but it cannot manufacture customer understanding or organizational commitment. The learning still has to shape what happens afterward.
