Openings for Individual Coaching
I have a few spots opening up for 1:1 coaching, and I want to talk about why that matters right now, not just what it is.
We’re living through a strange moment. AI can answer almost anything, instantly, and it’s remarkably good at telling you what you want to hear. It doesn’t push back, doesn’t sit in discomfort with you, doesn’t know you well enough to notice when you’re repeating an old pattern.
At the same time, a lot of leaders, especially founders, are more isolated than they’ve ever been. You’re expected to have conviction in every room, and there’s often no room where you get to not have it figured out.
Coaching is the opposite of a yes man. A good coach isn’t there to validate your plan. They’re there to help you see it clearly, including the parts you’re avoiding. It’s a relationship built over time, with someone who remembers your patterns, holds you to your own standards, and asks the question you’re hoping no one asks.
What it actually looks like
- Regular 1:1 sessions (usually every 1–2 weeks), built around what’s live for you right now, not a generic curriculum
- A space that’s entirely confidential, so you can think out loud without managing how it lands
- Real accountability. We track what you said you’d do, and we talk about why you didn’t if you didn’t
- Work on the pattern underneath the problem, not just the problem in front of you this week
Why it’s worth it right now
Leadership is lonelier than it looks from the outside, and the tools that make everything else faster don’t make that easier. If anything, they make it easier to avoid the harder, slower work of actually knowing yourself.
Coaching is one of the few relationships left that’s built entirely around your growth, with no other agenda in the room.
Meeting you where you are
I work on a sliding scale, meeting you and your company where you are. We talk about your circumstances and what feels workable. I’ve never turned anyone away for budgetary reasons, and I don’t want cost to keep you from starting the conversation.
I also reserve a small number of spots for free coaching, especially for folks from underrepresented backgrounds. Access to this kind of support matters to me.
